Each purchase is made only for the amount ordered. This minimizes flower waste and keeps prices affordable. Flowers are delivered fresh because they are conditioned and soaked in a special preservative before shipping.

A: The Seasonal Bouquet will be delivered separately from other products due to a different shipping method.
A: We will ship with Yamato Transport.
A: It is available nationwide.
However, from the perspective of delivering in a fresh condition, island regions (including Okinawa) where delivery from Tokyo takes more than 3 days will be excluded from the service.
Additionally, deliveries to the Hokkaido area, where there is a high possibility of freezing during transport, will be suspended from mid-December to early March. We appreciate your understanding.
A: Please note that we are generally unable to change delivery dates due to procurement and shipping schedules.
A: If the flowers wither or break during transit, we will consider offering a refund.
