This notice explains how Trinus, Inc. (“we,” “us”), a Japanese company operating the SiKiTO brand, handles the information you provide in this survey about EDA VASE. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which applies to the EDA VASE website as a whole. This notice serves as our notice at collection for California residents.

Who is running this survey

Who may participate

The survey is intended for U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may stop at any time before submitting.

What we collect

Your answers to the survey questions (your opinions and preferences regarding the product, flowers, and interiors). The survey does not ask for your name, email address, or other contact details, and we do not offer compensation for participation. Google may process limited technical information in providing the Google Forms service under its applicable terms. Please do not include personal details (such as your name, address, or contact information) or sensitive personal information in any free-text answer.

How we use your answers

We review survey responses individually and in aggregate, solely for market research and product development for EDA VASE — for example, to understand interest in the product in the U.S. market and to decide whether and how to launch it.

Sharing, selling, and retention

We do not sell or share survey responses as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We disclose survey responses to Google solely to host and process the survey on our behalf. We keep responses for 2 years from collection, after which they are deleted or deidentified. Trinus does not deploy its own advertising pixels on the survey form; cookies on the EDA VASE website are covered by our Privacy Policy.

Your rights

California residents have the rights described in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy, including the rights to know, delete, and correct. Please note: because survey responses are not linked to your name or email address, we may be unable to identify which responses are yours in order to fulfill an access, deletion, or correction request; where that is the case, we will explain this to you.
