[Branch Guide | Summer] Russian Olive
Hello everyone,
SiKiTO's "Branch Regular Delivery" service provides the best branches selected by professionals, depending on the weather and purchasing conditions at the time.
This time, we'd like to introduce 'Russian Olive' branches.

A deciduous small tree of the Elaeagnaceae family, genus Elaeagnus. It is distributed in the dry regions of Central Asia.
It is resistant to heat and cold, and is popular as a garden tree.
It is named because its leaves resemble those of an olive tree, but it is actually a member of the Elaeagnus family and is very drought-resistant, counted as one of the "Three Heroes of the Desert" (plants).

It is characterized by its silver leaves with white undersides and flexible branches, giving it an elegant appearance.
When dried, the whiteness of the leaf undersides stands out, allowing you to enjoy a different kind of beauty.

New leaves that tend to wilt easily should be trimmed or otherwise cared for as needed.
Please be careful not to get injured when handling, as they have thorns.
Even branches, which are said to last longer than flowers, require careful maintenance.
