Branch Production Areas
Homegrown in Nagano and Gunma
Between 2004 and 2022, the circulation of branches decreased by 20.6%, paralleling the decline of the ikebana culture. This sector faces severe challenges such as an aging producer population and a lack of successors.
SiKiTO is addressing the future of branch production regions by collaborating with Toyooka Village in Nagano Prefecture and Nakanojo Town in Gunma Prefecture to revitalize abandoned farmland.

Formation of Andromeda Japonica Production Area in Kurotaki Village
In collaboration with the Kurotaki Village Forest Owners' Cooperative in Nara Prefecture, we have started an initiative to utilize pieris japonica, which grows wild in the mountains, as cut branches.
This aims to create new income sources for forestry workers and revitalize the community in Kurotaki Village, where depopulation and an aging society are progressing. In a time when the distribution of cut branches is decreasing, this is an important step to preserve the culture and continue to deliver "a lifestyle with cut branches."

About shipping
As the procurement of branches is influenced by factors such as weather and temperature, we will deliver items recommended by professionals based on the prevailing conditions.
The contents of your delivery will be a surprise! We do not disclose the contents in advance. Also, even for deliveries in the same month, the contents may differ for each customer.
Depending on the type and season, they can generally be enjoyed for about 2 weeks to 1 month. A feature of branches is that they last longer than cut flowers. Even if they arrive as buds, you can enjoy watching them bloom over several days.
You can choose between "once every 2 weeks" or "once every 4 weeks." The delivery frequency can be changed even after you subscribe.
■First order: Delivery approximately 1-3 weeks after ordering.
・Deliveries requested on weekdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
・Deliveries requested on weekends: Saturday or Sunday
Shipments are made from Tokyo via Sagawa Express (Yamato Transport for the 60cm plan only).
Delivery times vary by region, so please check the Sagawa Express website and the Yamato Transport website.
■Second and subsequent orders: Delivery will be made on the same day of the week as the previous delivery, according to your selected frequency.
As the shipping method for regular branch deliveries differs from other products, they will be delivered separately.
The 100cm and 140cm plans will be shipped via Sagawa Express, and the 60cm plan will be shipped via Yamato Transport.
Nationwide shipping is available.
However, from the perspective of delivering fresh branches, remote islands (including Okinawa) where delivery from Tokyo takes three days or more are excluded from our service.
Additionally, deliveries to Hokkaido, where there is a high possibility of branches freezing during transit, will be suspended from mid-December to early March. We appreciate your understanding.
If the replacement conditions set by our store are met, we will consider a replacement or partial refund.

Regarding payment
Automatic payments will be made using your registered credit card at your selected interval.
Payment is by credit card only, as it is an automatic recurring payment system.
The first delivery is settled at the time of your order.
For the second and subsequent deliveries, automatic settlement will occur 13 days before the delivery date. If there are any changes to your delivery, such as skipping or canceling, please be sure to contact us at least two weeks before the delivery date.
Cancellation/Suspension
You can set up a skip or cancellation before the automatic payment (13 days before the delivery date).
