SiKiTO Points Up Campaign
As a token of our appreciation to our valued customers, SiKiTO will be holding a limited-time "Point Up Campaign" at the official SiKiTO website and SiKiTO CAFE, starting on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
During the campaign period, the point redemption rate will increase according to your membership rank.

What is SiKiTO REWARDS?
A rewarding membership program where you can earn points when shopping at the official e-commerce site, app, or SiKiTO CAFE.
Accrued points can be used for purchases at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen. In addition, you can enjoy various benefits depending on your membership stage, such as birthday month perks and invitations to special events.
Furthermore, accrued points can also be redeemed for SiKiTO original merchandise (currently under preparation).
Action Points
There are many opportunities to earn points even when you're not shopping! For example, you can earn points through various actions such as registering your birthday, linking your LINE ID, or downloading and logging into the official app for the first time.

We offer three membership tiers based on your annual purchase amount (excluding tax). Please take advantage of the benefits and services available for each tier.
How to register
To register as a SiKiTO member, simply create a new account on our official app or online store!
The official app also offers exclusive benefits, such as limited-time coupons that can be used both online and at our cafe, so please be sure to download it.

SiKiTO CAFEでは、お会計時に会員コードをご提示ください。
3. ポイントの貯め方・使い方
お支払い100円（税込）につき1ポイントがたまります。
ためたポイントは、公式アプリやWebサイトでいつでも確認可能です。公式ECサイトやSiKiTO CAFEで1ポイント＝1円としてご利用いただけます。

関する注意事項
対象期間
会員ステージを算出する年間ご購入金額は、2024年1月1日以降のご購入金額が対象となります。
また、お支払いに対するポイント還元は、2025年1月16日以降のご購入が対象です。
ポイント付与タイミング
・オンラインストア：出荷完了メール送信日から3日後までに付与します。
・店舗：お会計後、1日後までに付与します。
※オンラインストアの場合、会員登録前にご購入分にいただいたポイントは、ご購入時に登録したメールアドレスに紐づいて付与されます。
ポイント付与対象金額
ポイント付与の対象は、ポイント利用分・送料を差し引いたご購入金額（税込）です。
会員ランクに反映される金額
年間ご購入金額（直近365日間の累計）は、ポイント利用分・送料を差し引いた税込金額が対象となります。
ポイント利用時の送料に関する注意事項
ポイントを利用して送料無料条件8,000円を下回った場合、送料が加算されます。
キャンセル・返品時の注意事項
・お客様都合での注文キャンセル及び返品では、使用したポイントの返還はできません。
・返品・返金が完了した場合、そのお会計時のポイント付与対象金額が年間ご購入金額からマイナスされ、付与したポイントも失効となります。

At the time of payment, please present the "Member barcode" displayed in the SiKiTO official app or your online store My Account.
When making your first purchase, please follow these steps to use your points.
*Please note that points cannot be used for repeat purchases.

1. Log in to your account
2. On the checkout screen, enter your points in the "Use Points" field and click "Apply."
You can then use them.
Please register via the My Account section of our website or through our official app. Upon registration, you will receive points in your birthday month.

(Example) For a February birthday
If you are already registered as a member by February 1st → Points valid for 30 days will be awarded on February 1st.
If you register as a member after February 1st and within February → Points valid for 30 days will be awarded by the day after registration.

Download the official SiKiTO app and log in for the first time (or register as a new member if you haven't already) to receive 500 points.

How to link your LINE ID:
1. Log in to My Account
2. Click "Link LINE ID"
You will receive 10 points for each item favorited in the official app.
*Limit: Up to 10 items / Up to 100 points
*Points expire 90 days from the date of issue.
Even if you didn't present your membership card when paying at our physical store (cafe), a QR code is printed at the bottom of your receipt.
By scanning the QR code, you can register as a new member or log in as a member to have the points from that purchase credited to your account.
