It is recommended to enjoy the leaves and flowers that fill your vision not only by placing them on the floor but also on a tabletop. The branches that catch your eye from time to time will soothe your mind.

This price, because we want you to start easily
The 100cm Branch Subscription plan costs 4,400 yen for the standard course and 5,500 yen for the abundant course per delivery (including shipping and tax) [*1].
Since we order the necessary quantities directly from the producers and deliver them to customers, there are no store rents or inventory losses [*2].
Furthermore, compared to general shipping fees of 2,440-2,950 yen [*3], special shipping fees are applied by leveraging our strength as a major industry player, enabling us to offer reasonable prices.
[*1] An additional shipping fee of 500 yen will be charged for remote areas (Hokkaido, Aomori Prefecture, Chugoku Region, Shikoku Region, Kyushu Region).

Q: What kind of branches will I receive?
A: Since the procurement of branches depends on factors such as weather and temperature, our professionals will deliver what they recommend based on the current situation.
The contents of your delivery will be a surprise! We do not inform you of the contents in advance. Also, even for deliveries within the same month, the contents may differ for each customer.
Q: How often do you deliver?
A: You can choose between "once every 2 weeks" or "once every 4 weeks." You can change the delivery frequency even during your subscription period.
Q: If I order now, when will it arrive?

《First order》: Delivery will be approximately 1-2 weeks after your order.
・For weekday deliveries: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
・For weekend deliveries: Saturday or Sunday

《Second and subsequent orders》: Will be delivered on the same day of the week as the previous delivery, according to your chosen frequency.
Q: I also purchased a vase at the same time. Will they arrive together?
A: Branch subscriptions and other products are shipped by different methods, so they will be delivered separately.
Q: What delivery method do you use?
A: We ship by Sagawa Express.
Q: Do you deliver nationwide?
A: We deliver nationwide.
However, from the perspective of delivering fresh branches, we will not provide service to remote island areas (including Okinawa) where delivery takes more than 3 days from the city.
Additionally, deliveries to Hokkaido, where branches are highly likely to freeze during transport, will be suspended from mid-December to early March.
Q: Can I change the delivery date?
A: For your first order, we can change the delivery date and time if you contact us by the day after the delivery date notification email is sent. For subsequent orders, we can change it if you contact us up to 14 days before delivery.
Q: I am using multiple plans. Will I receive the same type of branches?
A: We select flower materials that are in good condition for each season, so please understand that you may receive the same type of branches in different plans.
Q: If the condition of the delivered branches is not good, can I exchange them?
A: If the conditions for replacement as stipulated by our store are met, we will consider replacement or partial refund.

Q: How is payment processed each time?
A: Payment will be automatically processed at your chosen interval using the registered credit card.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: Since it is an automatic recurring payment system, only credit card payment is available.
Q: When will payment be processed?
A: Payment for the first delivery will be processed at the time of your order.
Subsequent payments will be automatically processed at 6:00 PM, 13 days before your delivery date, so please contact us by the day before if you wish to make any changes, such as skipping or canceling.
Q: Can I get a receipt or delivery note?
A: Receipts and delivery notes can be issued by yourself from My Account. You can also change the recipient name and description.
Q: What should I do if I want to skip or cancel?
You can set up skipping or cancellation from "Subscription List" → "Check Details" in My Account. Please complete the operation before automatic payment.
