This service provides regular deliveries of impressive branches (around 140cm), which are hard to find at regular flower shops, directly from the market.
There is no minimum contract period, so you can easily try it out even for just one delivery.

The 140cm plan, the largest size in our branch delivery service, is special not only for its height but also for its expansive branches!
Displaying it in your living room or entrance hall will have a significant impact, completely changing the impression of the space.

Long branches that are as tall as a person are very valuable, having grown for 10-15 years in mountains or fields.
The dappled light cast on the floor and walls of your room, and the way they sway in the breeze, will fill you with affection.

The 140cm branch subscription plan costs 9,900 yen for the regular course and 12,300 yen for the generous course per delivery (shipping and tax included) [*1].
We order the necessary quantity from producers and deliver directly to customers, eliminating store rent and inventory loss [*2].
Additionally, while standard shipping fees are 3,480-5,890 yen [*3], we leverage our strength as an industry leader to apply special shipping rates, resulting in affordable prices.
[*1] An additional shipping fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for remote areas (Hokkaido, Aomori Prefecture, Chugoku Region, Shikoku Region, Kyushu Region).

Q: What kind of branches will I receive?
A: The procurement of branches depends on factors such as weather and temperature, so our professionals will select and deliver the best ones available at the time.
The contents of your delivery will be a surprise! We do not inform you of the contents in advance. Also, even for deliveries within the same month, the contents may differ for each customer.
Q: How often are deliveries made?
A: You can choose between "once every 2 weeks" or "once every 4 weeks." You can change your delivery frequency even during your subscription period.
Q: If I order now, when will it arrive?
A:
《For your first order》: Delivery will be approximately 1-2 weeks after your order.
・For weekday delivery requests: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
・For weekend delivery requests: Saturday or Sunday
《For subsequent orders》: Deliveries will be made on the same day of the week, according to your selected cycle, from the previous delivery date.
Q: I also purchased a vase at the same time. Will it be delivered together?
A: Branch subscription services are shipped differently from other products, so they will be delivered separately.
Q: How will it be delivered?
A: It will be shipped via Sagawa Express.
Q: Is it delivered nationwide?
A: Yes, it is available nationwide.
However, from the perspective of delivering fresh branches, remote islands (including Okinawa) where delivery from Tokyo takes more than 3 days are outside the scope of our service.
Also, for the Hokkaido area, where there is a high possibility of branches freezing during transport, deliveries will be suspended from mid-December to early March. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: Can I change the delivery date?
A: For your first order, we can change the delivery date and time if you contact us by the day after the delivery notification email is sent. For subsequent orders, please contact us at least 14 days before the delivery date.
Q: I'm using multiple plans. Will I receive the same type of branches?
A: We select the best available flowers for each season, so there may be cases where you receive the same type of branches from different plans. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: If the branches I received are not in good condition, can I exchange them?
A: If the conditions for replacement set by our store are met, we will consider a replacement or partial refund.

Q: How will payments be made each time?
A: Automatic payments will be made at your chosen frequency using your registered credit card.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: Due to the automatic recurring payment system, only credit card payments are accepted.
Q: When will payments be processed?
A: Your first delivery payment will be processed at the time of your order.
Subsequent payments will be automatically processed at 6 PM, 13 days prior to your delivery date, so please contact us by the previous business day if you need to make any changes, such as skipping or canceling.
Q: Can I get a receipt or delivery note?
A: You can issue receipts and delivery notes yourself from My Account. You can also change the recipient name and description.
Q: What should I do if I want to skip or cancel?
A: You can set up skips or cancellations from "Subscription List" → "View Details" in My Account. Please complete this operation before the automatic payment is processed.
