We deliver branches curated by our florists.
*While typically a combination of two types, some spring branches may be delivered as a single type.

Since branches don't require much sunlight, they can create an organic, seasonal atmosphere in small spaces like dining tables, coffee tables, kitchen counters, and washrooms.

Affordable pricing to get started easily
The 60cm branch subscription plan costs 3,300 yen per delivery for the regular course and 4,100 yen for the ample course (shipping and tax included)[*1].
By ordering the necessary quantity directly from producers and delivering to customers, we eliminate store rental fees and inventory loss[*2].
Furthermore, while general shipping costs range from 1,520 to 2,000 yen[*3], we leverage our position as an industry leader to apply special shipping rates, making our prices highly competitive.
[*1] An additional shipping fee of 200 yen will be charged for remote areas (Hokkaido, Aomori Prefecture, Chugoku region, Shikoku region, Kyushu region).
[*2] It is said that 30-40% of purchased flowers are discarded by retailers, and the economic loss from flower waste amounts to 150 billion yen annually.

Q: What kind of branches will I receive?
A: The procurement of branches depends on factors such as weather and temperature, so our professionals will deliver recommended branches based on the current situation.
The contents of your delivery will be a surprise! We do not inform you of the contents in advance. Also, even if deliveries are made in the same month, the contents may differ for each customer.
Q: What is the delivery frequency?
A: You can choose between "once every two weeks" or "once every four weeks." You can change your delivery frequency at any time during your subscription period.
Q: If I order now, when will it be delivered?
A:
《First order》: Delivery will generally be made 1-2 weeks after your order.
・For weekday delivery requests: Any day from Monday to Thursday
・For weekend delivery requests: Any day on Saturday or Sunday
《Subsequent deliveries》: Will be delivered on the same day of the week, according to your chosen cycle, from the previous delivery.
Q: I also purchased a vase. Will it be delivered together?
A: Since branch subscriptions are shipped separately from other products, they will be delivered individually.
Q: How will it be delivered?
A: We ship via Sagawa Express.
Q: Do you deliver nationwide?
A: We deliver nationwide.
However, to ensure fresh branches, we do not provide service to remote islands (including Okinawa) where delivery from Tokyo takes more than 3 days.
Additionally, deliveries to Hokkaido, where there is a high possibility of branches freezing during transit, will be suspended from mid-December to early March. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: Can I change the delivery date?
A: For your first order, we can change the delivery date until the day after you receive your delivery notification email. For subsequent orders, we can change the delivery date and time if you contact us at least 14 days before delivery.
Q: I use multiple branch subscription plans. Will I receive the same type of branches?
A: We select materials that are in good condition for each season, so please understand that you may receive the same type of branches in different plans.
Q: If the branches I received are not in good condition, can I exchange them?
A: If the condition meets our replacement criteria, we will consider a replacement or partial refund.

Q: How are payments processed each time?
A: Payments will be automatically processed on your registered credit card according to the chosen cycle.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: Due to the automatic recurring payment system, only credit card payments are accepted.
Q: When will payment be processed?
A: Payment for your first delivery is processed at the time of your order.
For subsequent deliveries, automatic payment will be processed at 6 PM, 13 days before your delivery date. Please contact us before then if you need to skip or cancel your delivery.
Q: Can I get a receipt or delivery note?
A: You can issue receipts and delivery notes yourself from your My Account. You can also change the recipient name and description.
Q: How can I skip or cancel my subscription?
A: You can set up skips or cancellations from "Subscription List" → "View Details" in your My Account. Please complete this action before the automatic payment is processed.
If you cannot log in to your My Account, please contact us via chat.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes. There is no minimum contract period, so you can cancel anytime.
