As of now, this Shopify online store is used solely for product viewing. We are not currently selling products to customers located in the UK or the European Union. No purchase, ordering, or payment functions are active for visitors from these regions.

We are conducting market research to better understand potential customer interest in our products, with a view to future international expansion. As part of this research, visitors may be invited to complete an online survey via Google Forms. This survey has its own Privacy Notice, which will be presented to you before you begin.

• Meta Pixel — Meta Platforms, Inc., United States. Used to measure and support our advertising activities. Activated only after you have given your consent. For the collection and transmission of data via Meta Pixel, we and Meta may act as joint controllers to the extent required by applicable data protection law, and Meta may process this data for its own purposes, in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable terms. • Pandectes GDPR/APPI Compliance — Pandectes, Estonia. Used to manage cookie consent. Consent data is primarily hosted in the EEA (Amazon Web Services, Ireland). Some Pandectes subprocessors are located outside the EEA, including in the United States; these transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

• Klaviyo — Klaviyo, Inc., United States. Used to manage and send email communications to individuals who have registered their email address. Klaviyo adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We do not share your personal data with other third parties for their own marketing purposes. When we share anonymized or aggregated statistical data (e.g., for business planning purposes), no identifying information about you is included.

10. International Data Transfers

This store is operated from Japan. Any data collected as part of your visit may be transferred to and stored in Japan. Japan has been recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of data protection. For UK visitors, transfers to Japan are also covered by the UK adequacy framework.

Shopify's transfers to countries not ensuring an adequate level of protection are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914/EU), the UK Addendum published by the ICO (UK IDTA), and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses adapted for Switzerland.

• Email addresses collected via our registration form will be retained until you unsubscribe or request their deletion, whichever comes first.
