About the EDA fragrance Subscription
[About the Branch Subscription]
① Quantity, etc.
- We will deliver the quantity ordered for each shipment.
- Since the procurement of branches depends on weather and temperature, etc., a professional will select and deliver the recommended types based on the current situation.
- We do not inform you of the delivery contents in advance. Also, even for deliveries within the same month, the contents of the delivery may differ for each customer.
② Sales Price
- The sales price includes shipping.
- Discounts applied at the time of purchase using coupons, etc., are only applicable to that specific purchase.
Example: If a 1,000 yen discount coupon was used for the first purchase of a regular price item of 4,400 yen:
First purchase price: 3,400 yen
Price from the second purchase onwards: 4,400 yen (coupon not applied)
③ Payment Timing and Method
■ Payment timing for the first order
- Payment will be processed at the time of order.
■ Payment timing for the second and subsequent orders
- Automatic payment will be processed 13 days before the delivery date. If there are any changes to the delivery contents, such as skipping or cancellation, please be sure to contact us at least two weeks before the delivery date.
■ Payment method
- Each payment will be made using the credit card registered at the time of your initial order.
④ Delivery and Provision Timing
■ Delivery frequency
- We will deliver at the frequency you choose: "once every two weeks" or "once every four weeks."
■ First order
- Delivery will generally be made approximately 2-3 weeks after your order.
■ Second and subsequent orders
- Deliveries will be made on the same day of the week, according to your chosen cycle, from the previous delivery.
■ Important notes regarding delivery
- Deliveries to the Hokkaido area, where there is a high possibility of branches freezing during transport, will be suspended from mid-December to early March.
⑤ Withdrawal/Cancellation of Application
■ First order
- Please note that, in principle, cancellations after an order cannot be accepted for the branch subscription service, as we procure inventory without waste. Furthermore, we cannot accommodate requests after shipment.
■ Second and subsequent orders
- There is no minimum contract period. If you wish to skip or cancel, please set your skip or cancellation at least two weeks before the delivery date.
- You can set skips or cancellations from "Subscription List" → "Check Details" in My Account. You can also resume your subscription from the same page.
■ Exchanges
- If the branches significantly wilt or die within approximately 3 days of the announced delivery date, please contact us with photos. We will consider a replacement.
- Please note that exchanges due to insects, not being to your liking, or differing from the image cannot be accepted.

- If there are any changes to the delivery contents, such as skipping or cancellation, please contact us before the automatic payment is processed.

- The frequency we offer is "once every two months."
■ First order
- Orders received by January 16, 2026, are scheduled to be shipped around late January 2026. After that, delivery is expected approximately 1-2 weeks after your order.
■ Second and subsequent orders
- Deliveries will be made every two months from the previous delivery.
⑤ Withdrawal/Cancellation of Application
■ First order
- Please note that, in principle, cancellations after an order cannot be accepted for dried branches and aroma liquids, as we procure inventory without waste. Furthermore, we cannot accommodate requests after shipment.
■ Second order
- The minimum contract period for EDA fragrance is up to the second delivery (4 months). Therefore, please note that cancellations for the second delivery cannot be accepted.
■ Third and subsequent orders
- From the third delivery onwards, after the minimum contract period has passed, you can set skips or cancellations from "Subscription List" → "Check Details" in My Account.
- Since payments are processed every two months, please complete the operation before automatic payment is processed.
- If you cannot log in to My Account, please contact us via chat.
■ Cancellation/Skipping
- The minimum contract period for EDA fragrance is up to the second delivery (4 months). Therefore, please note that cancellations or skips for the first two deliveries cannot be accepted.
- After the minimum contract period has passed, from the third delivery onwards, you can cancel or skip at any time.
■ Exchanges
- The dried flowers and other materials used in this product are natural plants, so there may be individual differences. Please note that we cannot exchange due to individual differences. However, if there is damage during shipping, please contact us with photos. We will consider a replacement.
