Herb Farm Peasant has been cultivating herbs for over 20 years in the Kahokugata reclaimed land, located almost in the center of Ishikawa Prefecture.

The herbs, carefully cultivated in a vast land where many cherry blossoms bloom in spring and 350,000 sunflowers bloom in summer, are grown without any pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or compost to draw out their self-defense instincts, or their ability to live independently.

Freeze-drying Method to Enhance Ingredients

Another major feature is that all herbs are freeze-dried on the day of harvest.

Freeze-drying is a technology that dries frozen food in a near-vacuum state.

Unlike heat-drying processes, the "aroma" and "beauty" are preserved, and bitterness and astringency are suppressed, which is the secret to its deliciousness.

How to Make SiKiTO HERB TEA Deliciously

Place 1 packet in 150cc of hot water and steep for 3-4 minutes.

You can enjoy the change in taste by drinking 2-3 times from one packet.

Place 1 packet in 300cc of water and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

It's okay to leave the tea bag in! The flavor will not become too strong. Please consume within 1 day.
