Add 10ml of 100% orange juice to 100ml of well-chilled rosé sparkling juice, then add ice to the glass and it's ready.

Add 40ml of 100% peach juice to 60ml of well-chilled rosé sparkling juice, then add ice to the glass and it's ready.

Where grapes and people grow together: The story of Coco Farm Winery

Coco Farm Winery spreads across the slopes of a mountain in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture.

Its origin dates back to 1958, when Noboru Kawata, a teacher of special education classes (now support classes), and his junior high school students cultivated a steep vineyard.

At that time, children with disabilities had limited opportunities for work in society, so they started making wine with the idea of "creating work we can do ourselves." This was the genesis of the winery.

In July 2000, the winery gained widespread recognition when its sparkling wine "1996 NOVO" was served at the dinner party at Shuri Castle during the Kyushu-Okinawa Summit.

Under the belief that "wine should be recognized for its content, not bought out of sympathy," all of their wines are authentic and meet global standards.
