A special limited edition wine crafted by the winery owner themselves, with meticulous attention from grape cultivation to brewing.
It uses carefully selected Koshu grapes grown in well-drained soil at an altitude of 450m.
It boasts an elegant acidity and complexity, with a long, lingering finish.
A special wine made from high-quality vineyards, carefully selected grapes, and aged French oak barrels

The "Toriibira (Toriibira) district" in Katsunuma Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, is acclaimed as an area that produces high-quality grapes from well-drained soil at an altitude of 450m. It is a region that Shigekazu Misawa, the fourth-generation owner of Grace Wine, particularly valued. It is also said to be the birthplace of Koshu grapes.
This special bottle is made from grapes harvested in specific vineyards that produce highly concentrated grapes, which are then carefully selected. They are fermented in aged French oak barrels and stored in stainless steel tanks.

The label design was created by Kenya Hara, one of Japan's leading designers.

A white wine that combines elegance and power

A beautiful, clear, pale greyish-yellow hue. The rich aroma has a complex impression, combining fruit notes of yellow apple, yellow peach, and pear with nuances of spice and roast.
It has a mellow mouthfeel yet a crisp, dry finish. The acidity is mild, and you can enjoy a long aftertaste.
This is a white wine that harmonizes elegance and power, making it perfect for special occasions with loved ones.
"Koshu," a Japanese wine loved worldwide

Koshu is a white grape variety native to Japan, believed to have been discovered in this region about 800 years ago.
In 2010, it became the first indigenous Japanese variety to be registered with the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV), allowing its varietal name to be stated on exports to EU countries. This has increased its international recognition.
As the most popular variety used for white wine in Japan, aren't you curious about what a refined taste it offers?
A top winery that has driven the establishment of "Japanese wine"
Grace Wine has been producing wine since 1923 in Katsunuma Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese wine.
Committed to indigenous Japanese grape varieties, it is a driving force behind the evolution of "Japanese wine" as a perfect accompaniment to food.

Based on the conviction that "the aroma and taste of wine are determined by the grapes," Grace Wine has poured deep passion into grape cultivation since its establishment. It continues to produce highly concentrated grapes in Katsunuma, a region with abundant sunshine and well-drained soil.

Ayana Misawa has served as the chief winemaker and viticulturist since 2008.
As the eldest daughter of the fourth-generation owner, Shigekazu, she honed her skills at seven wineries in five countries around the world. In 2014, her "Cuvée Misawa Akeno Koshu 2013" won the first gold medal for a Japanese wine at the Decanter World Wine Awards, the world's largest wine competition! It continued to win gold medals for six consecutive years thereafter.

This remarkable achievement undoubtedly boosted the global recognition of both Koshu and Japanese wine.
From hand-picking grapes to careful craftsmanship in cultivation and winemaking, the wines born from Japanese meticulousness seem to embody the beautiful nature unique to Japan.
Please enjoy this masterpiece produced from the Toriihira vineyard, which can be called a "Grand Cru" of the birthplace of Japanese wine.
