This is a refreshing fruit beer available only in summer, made with a generous 600kg of golden pineapple.

Instead of adding pineapple juice after fermentation, we ferment it with the wort, giving the beer a juicy flavor right down to its foam.

It has a subtle, sophisticated sweetness rather than the overt sweetness of pineapple juice, and is characterized by a refreshing crispness and clean taste. With low bitterness, it's also recommended for those who don't usually drink beer.

The base beer is a Brut IPA[*]. This style results in a crisp beer with a rich hop aroma.

All the golden pineapples used are cut at a domestic factory.

Cutting by machine can stress the fruit, so cutting by hand helps to lock in the fresh aroma of the golden pineapple.

We are also particular about using simple ingredients, without any artificial flavors or concentrated juices.

Sankt Gallen, a pioneer of Japanese craft beer

Sankt Gallen is a long-established brewery based in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

They are highly acclaimed worldwide for their innovative craft beers, such as dessert beers and fruit beers.

Since they were brewing non-alcoholic beer even before the deregulation of local beer in 1994, beer fans sometimes refer to them as "Japan's zero-th local beer."
