Made with whole lemons, including the peel, from our contract farmers on Osakikamijima and Shimoshima islands in Setouchi, Hiroshima Prefecture.
This "eat-able" handmade lemonade is made with a meticulous process, adding no unnecessary ingredients, and is raw, undiluted, and preservative-free.
Setouchi's bounty in a delicious, healthy lemonade

Hiroshima Prefecture is the top producer of domestic lemons. The Setouchi area, with its warm climate and low rainfall, is said to be similar to California's climate, producing lemons with high sugar content and gentle acidity.
While typical lemonades discard the peel during production, Setouchi Craft Lemonade uses the entire fruit. It's surprising that only the stem is discarded.
Using the peel not only adds a subtle bitterness but also allows you to consume all the nutrients.

The lemons used in Setouchi Craft Lemonade are carefully selected from farms on Osakikamijima and Osakishimojima islands.

Lemons sourced directly from trusted contract farmers are combined with five types of sugar, including Wasanbon sugar and beet sugar, then slowly aged for a week before bottling.
To preserve nutrients and aroma, it's made without heat, added water, or preservatives.
Endless arrangements unique to whole-lemon lemonade

In addition to mixing it with water, hot water, or sparkling water, you can also enjoy it as an "edible sauce" by pouring it over ice cream or yogurt.
It also pairs well with alcoholic beverages such as highballs.

On cold days, hot lemonade is also recommended.
The refreshing lemon aroma and subtle sweetness warm both body and soul.
N.1 Hiroshima Craft Lemonade

The standard flavor of Setouchi Craft Lemonade.
The abundant lemons sparkle like the sun, allowing you to absorb nature's power through your eyes.
N.2 Hiroshima Blueberry Lemonade

A flavor with whole blueberries from Osakikamijima Island. The subtle astringency of the blueberry skins adds an accent, creating a slightly more sophisticated lemonade.
The sweet and sour blueberries and the tartness of the lemon are an excellent match. It is also recommended to add it to white wine or yogurt.
N.3 Hiroshima Mikan Lemonade

A flavor with "Ishijimikan" mandarins from Osakikamijima Island. Ishijimikan mandarins are characterized by their high sugar content, juiciness, and rich flavor.
This lemonade luxuriously uses whole "Ishijimikan" mandarins, which are considered a premium variety. Enjoy the harmony with island lemons.
N.4 Tsuyuakane Plum Lemonade

A flavor infused with "Tsuyuakane," a rare variety of plum. Tsuyuakane, a cross between a plum and a Kishu plum, has large fruits, and as they ripen, their skin and flesh turn a vibrant crimson.
The beautiful, ruby-like crimson color, surprisingly natural, and the subtle, elegant plum fragrance are exquisite.
N.5 Yaezakura Lemonade

A flavor infused with domestic Yaezakura (double-flowered cherry blossoms). This bottle offers a refined taste with an elegant fragrance that wafts through your nose.
Yaezakura, with its layers of petals, spreads out gracefully in the glass, creating an atmospheric and distinctly Japanese feel.

N.6 Hiroshima Amanatsu Lemonade (NEW!!)
A lemonade made using whole Amanatsu oranges from "Niwa no Sachi," a farmer in Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture.
The subtle bitterness peeking through the refreshing sweetness of the Amanatsu adds delicate depth to the flavor, creating a sophisticated lemonade.
It is also recommended with highballs or poured over yogurt.

From a small addition to your breakfast to an upgrade for your evening drink, this versatile lemonade makes an excellent gift or souvenir.
