Three Essential Tools for Scissor Maintenance

① RUSTOL (Rust inhibitor)

High-quality Japanese rust-preventive oil. Oiling blades after use prevents rust and ensures smooth scissor opening and closing.

Remember to regularly care for the rivet (joint) as well.

② ERASER (Rust-removing abrasive)

A rubber-like abrasive that scrapes off dirt, rust, and plant sap from scissors. Its size allows you to polish specific spots without disassembling the scissors.

3. After sharpening, the blade will be very sharp and prone to chipping, so it's good to cut something soft to adjust its condition.
