The contents of your delivery will be a surprise when it arrives! We do not disclose the contents beforehand. Also, even for deliveries in the same month, the contents may vary from customer to customer.

You can choose between "once every two weeks" or "once every four weeks." Delivery frequency can be changed even after your contract is finalized.

■For first-time orders: Delivery approximately 2-3 weeks after ordering.

・For weekday deliveries: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
・For weekend deliveries: Saturday or Sunday

We ship from Tokyo via Sagawa Express. Delivery times vary by region, so please check the Sagawa Express website.

■For second and subsequent orders: Deliveries will be made on the same day of the week as the previous delivery, according to your selected frequency.

As our regular branch delivery service uses a different shipping method from our other products, they will be delivered separately.

This service is available nationwide.

However, from the perspective of delivering fresh branches, remote islands (including Okinawa) where delivery from Tokyo takes more than 3 days are outside the scope of this service.

Additionally, deliveries to Hokkaido, where there is a high possibility of branches freezing during transit, will be suspended from mid-December to early March. We appreciate your understanding.

If the plant withers or dies significantly within approximately three days of the delivery date provided in advance, please contact us with a photo. We will consider replacing the item.

Automatic payments will be made using your registered credit card at the frequency you selected.

Due to the nature of the recurring automatic payments, only credit card payments are accepted.

The first delivery was paid for at the time of order.

From the second delivery onward, automatic payment will be processed 13 days before the delivery date. If there are any changes to your delivery, such as skipping or canceling, please be sure to contact us at least two weeks before the delivery date.
