Weekends and National Holidays

Inquiries received on holidays will be answered in order from the next business day.

Orders will be shipped sequentially on business days (weekdays).

Additionally, due to delivery circumstances, we are unable to accept specific date and time requests for May 7th (Thursday) and May 8th (Friday). (Excluding branch regular delivery and made-to-order products)
