The gardenia is captivating with its large, pure white blossoms that bloom around June to July, and its enchanting sweet fragrance.

It is counted as one of the "Three Great Fragrant Trees of Japan," alongside the Daphne in spring and the Osmanthus in autumn.

One of its flower meanings is "carrying joy," as the early summer breeze carries its scent far and wide. It would surely bring joy as a gift to a loved one.

As an evergreen, its glossy, deep green leaves can be enjoyed all year round.

This time, we have prepared a medium size that fits perfectly in the palm of your hand.

The rustic combination of the "Peach" colored pot and the "Biwa" saucer enhances the elegance of the gardenia.

When photographed in mid-May, there were many fresh young leaves. By the time it is delivered, buds might have already appeared.

While a well-ventilated environment with ample sunlight is ideal, it can also be grown in partial shade.

If growing indoors, placing it by a bright window is recommended. In summer, ensure that air conditioning doesn't directly hit it. Occasionally exposing it to outdoor wind and rain can refresh the plant.

A popular tree species whose changes are captivating, from new spring shoots to summer green, autumn foliage, and winter defoliation.

② Hime-Sarusuberi (Crape Myrtle) (Medium size)

The vibrantly blooming flowers in the heat suit the sun well. Its flowering period is so long that it's written as "Hyakujitsukou" (100-day red), and if well-managed, it can be enjoyed until autumn.

With proper care, it will bloom again on many branch tips in subsequent years.

The Nire-Keyaki, with its gentle-hued leaves densely covering its branches, offers a grand appearance even in smaller sizes. In winter, it transforms into a bare tree with no leaves.

Ishikiha, a bonsai brand based in Murayama City, Yamagata Prefecture. SiKiTO's representative fell in love with their beautiful and refined bonsai, leading to this collaboration.

All bonsai are carefully cultivated by Ishikiha staff with time and effort.

One of Ishikiha's unique charms is its gently shaped pots, all self-produced.

About 50 original colors are given elegant names such as "Shira-ame" (white rain) and "Shinpide" (deep green).

The "Bonsai and the Four Seasons" collaboration with Ishikiha is sold for a limited time each season.
