《Customer Support Closure Period》

December 26, 2025 (Fri) – January 4, 2026 (Sun)
*We will respond sequentially from January 5 (Mon).

 

《Branch Subscription Delivery Schedule》

There will be no deliveries between January 3, 2025 (Sat) and January 5, 2025 (Mon).
*Customers scheduled for delivery on the above dates will have their deliveries automatically skipped.

 

《Delivery Schedule for Orders Other Than Branch Subscriptions》

● Orders received by December 24, 2025 (Wed): Generally shipped by December 26 (Fri).
● Orders received from December 25, 2025 (Thu) onwards: Shipped sequentially by January 7, 2026 (Wed).
