[SiKiTO CAFE] SiKiTO CAFE, where you can cherish the changing seasons, opens in a prominent area of Makuhari New City

A cafe like a "garden" where you can spend comfortable, delicious, and relaxing time.

We, who operate SiKiTO, currently primarily run an e-commerce (online store) business.

However, life is real, not online.

We have always longed for a real-world business where customers could experience the products in a physical space, not just through a screen.

Last year, we opened "EDA STAND," an unmanned branch store primarily selling surplus branches, which was also an attempt at a real-world business. However, as it is a retail store, most visitors were already familiar with the appeal of branches.

How could we allow people who are not yet interested in branches to experience SiKiTO's concept and worldview?

As we pondered this, we were blessed with many valuable connections, and we are now opening "SiKiTO CAFE," a cafe restaurant that cherishes the four seasons, in the Makuhari area!

The grand opening will be on Friday, September 6, 2024, marking our entry into the restaurant business, which we have long envisioned.

Our partner for this endeavor is "LATTE GRAPHIC," a highly popular Oceania-style cafe brand in Tokyo and Kanagawa.

Mr. Hoshi, the representative, has been involved in the restaurant business for 20 years, and he is a former elementary school classmate of Mr. Sato, the representative of SiKiTO.

The appeal of LATTE GRAPHIC includes delicious coffee and food, a comfortable space, and heartfelt service, among many other things. All of their stores are beloved cafes essential to their communities.

The story began when Mr. Hoshi, who is also a user of our regular branch delivery service, empathized with the charm of "life with the four seasons." We hit it off at a year-end party in 2023, established a joint venture in March 2024, signed the property lease in April, and are opening in September. The speed of development has surprised everyone, both inside and outside the company (lol).

Let me also introduce "Makuhari Bay Park," where the first記念すべきSiKiTO CAFE will be located.

This town, being developed by seven joint venture companies led by Mitsui Fudosan, is a noteworthy area that will see the completion of seven residential buildings, including 40-story skyscrapers, and grow into a town with 15,000 residents within a few years!

In the center of the town is a lush green park, and we look forward to seeing how it changes with each season.

For drinks, we offer "seasonal coffee" where our baristas carefully hand-drip beans selected for each season. In the evening, we also have a wide selection of domestic wines, craft beers, and original cocktails.
