Our branch subscription service is actually used by many stores and businesses. We interviewed some wonderful customers to find out how they enjoy branches in their salon spaces, where they strive for their customers' beauty and comfort!

I have been operating a share salon in Daikanyama for about 26 years.

When I first started, there were very few freelance hairdressers, and the term "share salon" didn't even exist. However, I was working at a salon that operated purely on commission, and I had a strong desire to connect deeply with each individual client, which led me to this business model.

I believe that not only the treatment but also the atmosphere is important for customer satisfaction.

Since I've always loved antiques and France, I aim to create a space where customers feel like they've arrived in France as soon as they open the door. I've gradually acquired the antique items in the store by having acquaintances take me to local markets.

For example, this mirror is something I bought at a flea market – it was just a wooden frame without glass, and I attached the mirror myself.

French people cherish their belongings. When ownership changes, they paint them their preferred color, and some of the furniture in this shop even reveals the previous owner's paintwork where it's slightly chipped.

I started the branch subscription service around October 2024.

Last year, when I was renovating the interior of my shop, someone advised me that "a little greenery would be nice." However, I'm not good at taking care of plants and they always die quickly. Also, many of my staff here are freelancers, and I didn't want to burden them with plant care.

I was looking for plants that were easy to care for and would suit this interior when I found the branch subscription service. At French flea markets, many shops subtly display branches next to their antique furniture, and I had long felt that antiques and branches have a great synergy.

When I guide customers to the shampoo area, they always notice the branches, and it sparks conversation like, "What's this called?" and "I'm looking forward to next month's!"

I'm also happy that everything I've received so far blends in perfectly with the atmosphere of the shop.

The space is lovingly crafted with antique items that have existed for over 100 years. Within it, the branches also seemed to wear a proud expression.
Seeing the branches we delivered in their setting was a valuable opportunity for us. Mr. Taniguchi, thank you for your cooperation during your busy schedule!
