Regarding delivery delays due to snowfall in Kanto-Koshin

Due to a low-pressure system moving along the southern coast of Honshu, widespread traffic restrictions caused by snow have occurred, particularly in the Kanto-Koshin region, resulting in delays in parcel deliveries.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

 

■ Yamato Transport (as of 15:00 on February 5th)

Regions experiencing parcel delivery delays:
・From all over Japan to the Tohoku region, Kanto region including Tokyo, and Nagano Prefecture.
・From all over Japan to parts of Shizuoka Prefecture.
・From the Tohoku region, Kanto region including Tokyo, and Nagano Prefecture to all over Japan.
・From parts of Shizuoka Prefecture to all over Japan.

 

■ Sagawa Express (as of 15:00 on February 5th)

Affected areas (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Ibaraki, Gunma, Tochigi, Yamanashi prefectures):
・We will temporarily stop accepting parcels.
・Parcels already accepted will be temporarily stored at the collection business office.
　They will be shipped sequentially, taking into account road conditions and the status of each transportation agency.
