[Branch Compendium | Winter] Guni Eucalyptus

The branch we are introducing this time is 'Gunnii Eucalyptus' (Eucalyptus gunnii).

An evergreen tall tree belonging to the genus Eucalyptus in the myrtle family.

In its native Southern Hemisphere, it is a fast-growing tree that can reach over 20 meters in height.

It is characterized by its lovely round silver leaves, some of which appear heart-shaped. It is a popular variety for arrangements, cut flowers, and garden trees.

Eucalyptus, also used in essential oils, offers a refreshing scent. Gently rubbing the leaves will spread the fragrance.

The soft new leaves at the tips are prone to wilting, so please care for them by trimming as needed.

Even branches, which are said to last longer than flowers, require careful maintenance.

Be sure to change the water, care for the tips and stems, and remove dead leaves.
